The terms that apply when you use our website, request an estimate, or receive text messages from us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lifedecorandrenovation.com (the "Site") and any request, communication, or text message program offered by LIFE DECOR LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Life Decor & Renovation ("Life Decor," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, to submit a request, and to consent to receive text messages from us. By using the Site or opting in to our text messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

We do not knowingly provide services to, or communicate with, anyone under 18 years of age.

3. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in learning about our services and requesting an estimate. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Life Decor LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

4. Free estimates and project work

  • Submitting a form on this Site is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us.
  • Prices shown or advertised on the Site are starting prices for a typical job. The actual price depends on the scope, materials, condition, and size of your project, and is confirmed only in a written estimate.
  • Any project we perform is governed by the separate written estimate or contract you sign — if anything in that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the work described in it.
  • You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your property and your project.

5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program description

If you opt in, LIFE DECOR LLC will send you customer care text messages at the mobile number you provided about your free estimate request, appointment scheduling, and updates about your project. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the text messaging consent box on a form on this Site. The box is never pre-checked and is always optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may submit a request without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your request and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Life Decor LLC does not charge you for these messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

You agree to provide a mobile number that belongs to you, and to notify us if it changes or is reassigned.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information (including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Photographs of completed work are examples and do not guarantee an identical result for your project. Reviews and testimonials reflect the experience of specific customers and are not a guarantee of outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Life Decor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under a signed estimate or contract for project work, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County or Manatee County, Florida.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
